A personalized massage experience using your favorite scents. Depending upon your needs, a variety of massage techniques will be utilized including Swedish, deep tissue, and pressure point therapy.

Hot Stone Massage

Combine the relaxation of a massage with the soothing effects of hot stones. You can be invigorated with the use of hot and cold stones as part of your session.

Therapeutic Massage

Designed for treating injuries such as Whiplash or chronic back pain, this massages incorporates Swedish, deep tissue, hydrotherapy, stretching, and pressure point therapies to address strains, sprains and other muscular injuries.
( Please allow up to extra 30 minutes for assessment on your first visit if covered by insurance )

Myofascial Massage

When muscle fibers are injured, the fascia fibers that surround the muscle become short, tight and misaligned. This uneven stress can be spread through the fascia to other parts of the body, setting off pain and a variety of symptoms in areas we often would not expect. Myofascial massage treats these symptoms by releasing and realigning the tightness in the injured fascia.

 Our foot massage, incorporates acupressure and reflexology techniques and will bring balance to your body and provide relaxation as pressure points are stimulated.
